Her specializations include self-awareness strategies, stress management, time management, reframing, and effective communication.

How does scheduling work?

WVB LIFE is based in the US in the CST time zone. Availability is M-F, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday 9-12 p.m. You will receive an email confirmation once your session is ordered and booked.
