All information you (the client) provide to this site is used for the purpose of communication and rendering of coaching services. Your information may be shared for service invoice payment and processing. Buttons and links on this site are used to collect information and facilitate communication in relation to coaching services.

This site may collect information such as your name, email address, and phone number in order to facilitate communication when you initiate contact by email or phone. Demographic information such as your age and gender are used to understand client in relation to coaching services. Information given to this site via client intake form is necessary to help facilitate the coaching process and is held strictly confidential unless required by applicable law. If communication extends to a paid session or event, your payment information may be shared with a specified payment provider. Please contact payment provider for questions on how they use your information. Information shared with coach throughout session or event is held strictly confidential unless required by applicable law. Please see terms and conditions to understand the coaching relationship when booking your session.
For service invoice, additional information may be needed such as your mailing address in order to generate invoice. For service invoices, your information is used to share service details, service terms, invoicing, and payment of services with your coach. Direct client service contracts and invoices require the above information in order to facilitate the terms and payment of said service details. Once service is complete, session records are destroyed. Your information submitted for informational purposes in relation to this site and service will be stored for up to 90 days and then deleted, unless you specify otherwise. Information resulting in payment via assigned service provider or service contract invoice will be stored for up to 4 years as required by government and tax agencies.
